Appointment Commitment

In making an appointment, be it in the clinic or the patient's home, both parties are entering into a commitment.  However, we all have to alter arrangements occasionally and/or unexpectedly, so it is respectfully asked that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given in case of the need to change or cancel an appointment in order to avoid incurring a late notice/no show charge.
