- Informed choice is vital to any patient requiring treatment, therefore treatment plans and costs will be discussed and agreed, and appropriate referrals made if necessary.
- All podiatry equipment and instruments are properly cleaned and sterilised prior to use and between patients.

In making an appointment, be it in the clinic or the patient's home, both parties are entering into a commitment. However, we all have to alter arrangements occasionally and/or unexpectedly, so it is respectfully asked that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given in case of the need to change or cancel an appointment in order to avoid a late notice/no show charge.
